PAYMENT & REFUND- For all transactions that cost <500k in total price are to be paid in full before the work starts (unless stated otherwise)- For all transactions that cost >500k in total price, payment option will be discussed- The artist(me) is not responsible for any mistakes that are made on the client's part over the course of the transaction- No Refund (unless stated otherwise)//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
NDAThe NDA includes information about the artwork itself (e.g. Process and finished product), pricing details, client information, and for the artist(me) to act with commercially reasonable care- Timed NDA with <30 Days from when the commission is Done [+20% (from base price)]- Timed NDA with >30 Days from when the commission is Done [+50% (from base price)]//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS- Uses for NFT or/and AI are prohibited- Do not claim credit, ownership or copyright over the commissioned asset- Do not share workfile/sourcefile without permission//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
PRODUCT USAGE LICENSESPersonal
- Creation of digital or physical product for personal enjoyment (e.g. a print)- Creation and distribution of digital end products shared to non-commercial and non-monetized social and content platform account belonging to the Licensee (non monetized sns content)- Proper credit to the artist is required for all public uses (unless stated otherwise)Monetized Content [+50% (from base price)]- Includes Personal License
Creation and distribution of digital end products shared to commercial and monetized social and content platform account belonging to the Licensee
(In short its for monetized sns content e.g. Stream Assets, Sponsorship posts, event promo, merch promo)- Proper credit to the artist is required for all public uses (unless stated otherwise)Commercial Merchandising [+100% (from base price)]- Includes Monetized Content License- Creation re-selling, and distribution of value-add or derivative digital or physical end products made with the commissioned asset by the Licensee. (e.g. standee, prints, mousepad, patreon or membership reward)- Proper credit to the artist is required for all public uses (unless stated otherwise)//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
REVISIONS
1 major and 1 minor revisions During Sketching phase, 1 minor revision afterwards

DEADLINES and RUSH FEE
Any type of demand for a deadline or/and a product to be completed in a shorter-than-standard timeframe will be charged extra unless mentioned otherwise//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
